Each month for six months a live, online workshop will be personally facilitated by Rick Solomon, CPA, CEO Center for Enlightened Business. These extended workshops are highly interactive so participants can practice and internalize new skills as they go along.
There’s a huge unmet need amongst business owners for guidance and support to take their business to the next level. With Rick’s proven principles of how to conduct sales conversations, combined with the knowledge and power that ProfitCents can provide, Rick will be guiding everyone in this program to winning as much business as they would want. This session provides a simple, powerful approach to present value based fees, deal with client concerns, and close engagements with ease. We’ll explain how to use ProfitCents “what-if” scenario planning to set the stage for higher fees.

Case Study Forum
This session will be devoted to the real-life challenges being faced by participants in the program. We will explore several case studies in depth. This will enhance everyone’s success by learning from others, as well as ways to best deal with the most common problems you might encounter in selling and delivering high-end advisory services.

Delivering the Goods:
We’ll explore the framework to consistently manage successful advisory engagements, with ProfitCents as a key resource. This includes conducting value filled meetings and conversations with clients. You will learn some simple ways to leverage your existing knowledge and skills, the engagement moving forward, with energy and momentum.
